(“Depositor”) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an agency of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, with offices located at 1600 Clifton Rd, NE, Atlanta, GA, 30329 (“CDC”), for depositing material as described in Appendix A of this Agreement (“Material”), at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Arbovirus Reference Collection (“ARC”) repository. Both Depositor and CDC are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
