THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES ("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of , 2021 ("Effective Date"), by and between Huntsville City Board of Education, a political subdivision of the State of Alabama, at 200 White Street, Huntsville, AL 35801, hereinafter called "Client", and Cooperative Strategies, LLC at 4675 Lakehurst Court, Dublin, OH 43016, hereinafter "Consultant" and each, a “Party” or together, the “Parties”. The Parties, in consideration of the mutual promises and conditions herein contained agree as follows:
