Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following Standard Conditions of Sale shall apply to any Buyer’s Order accepted by Stellant Systems, Inc., (hereinafter “Seller”). The Buyer-Seller contract shall be formed when Buyer’s Order is accepted by Seller.
