This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of San Angelo Development Corporation, a State of Texas non-profit Type B development corporation (“COSADC”) and CALTECH SOFTWARE SYSTEMS, INC., a Texas for profit corporation entitled to transact business in Texas (“Company”), and shall be effective from and after the 30th day of June, 2016 (the “Effective Date”).
