The Ann Arbor Community for Traditional Music and Dance (AACTMAD) rents Concourse Hall for private events on a limited schedule: 1) Friday 5 PM – 2 AM Saturday; 2) Saturday 9 AM – 2 AM Sunday; 3) Sunday 9 AM – 2 AM Monday. After speaking with the Hall Manager (see contact information below), individuals or groups may reserve Concourse Hall by turning in the completed Concourse Hall Rental Agreement with the required security deposit. The reservation is only valid if you have (1) spoken with the Hall Manager, (2) turned in the completed Concourse Hall Rental Agreement with the signatures of both the renter and the Concourse Hall Manager, and (3) paid the security deposit.
