This First Amendment (First Amendment") of the Internship Agreement (“Contract”) is entered into between the following Parties: Travis County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas ("County"), through its Medical Examiner’s Office and St. Edward’s University, a Texas nonprofit corporation (“Sponsoring School”) (each a “Party and collectively, the “Parties”).
