This Agreement is entered into by and between the Wattsburg Area School District (hereinafter referred to as the “School District”) and Pennsylvania Western University (PennWest) (hereinafter referred to as the “University”). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the Dual Enrollment program offered by these two institutions in accordance with Article XVI-B of the Public School Code (hereinafter “Program”).
