The following U.S. Bank Rewards Card Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) describe the terms and conditions that apply to use of U.S. Bank Rewards Visa® or Mastercard® Cards (“Card” or “Cards”). This Agreement is between you, the Cardholder, and U.S. Bank National Association (“Issuer”). In this Agreement the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” mean U.S. Bank National Association, and “you” or “your” mean anyone who has received the Card or is authorized to use it.
