The wages, hours and conditions of employment that are set forth in this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) have been discussed by and between the staff representatives of the City of Daly City (hereinafter called "City") and the representatives of the Daly City Police Officers’ Association (hereinafter called "Association) on behalf of the Daly City Police Management Bargaining Unit and shall apply to all employees in the classification of Police Sergeant, Police Lieutenant, and Police Captain.
