This AGREEMENT No. 12995.24 is made and entered into on March 11, 2024, between SOUTHWESTERN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”, and Cambridge West Partnership, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”. The DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT are sometimes referred to herein as a “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES”. This AGREEMENT is made with reference to the following facts:
