The Service will transfer funds once per day during end of day processing TO the Protected Account FROM the Funding Account to prevent a negative available balance in the Protected Account. The Service and all transfers by the Service are subject to the terms and conditions in the Prairie State Bank & Trust’s Overdraft Auto-Transfer Service Agreement.
