This AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT (the “Authorized User Agreement”) is entered into between you, as an authorized user (“Authorized User”) of your employer or contracted party (“Organization”), and RedChirp, LLC. This Authorized User Agreement governs your activities and use, on your own behalf and on behalf of your Organization, of the RedChirp hosted software subscription service, through the RedChirp software application platform (the “Platform”), as well as any applications, widgets, software, or downloadable content provided by RedChirp (collectively, the “Services”). This Authorized User Agreement should be read in conjunction with RedChirp’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference as if re-written in their entirety herein.
