This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by the Washington State Health Care Authority, hereinafter referred to as the “HCA”, and the EMPLOYER GROUP NAME, hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER GROUP”. Collectively, these are the Parties to this MOU.
