This Event Agreement, “the Agreement,” is entered into on the date of completion, between you (herein referred to as “the Vendor,” and the Association of Sewing and Design Professionals, Inc. (herein referred to as “ASDP”) for valuable consideration and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein for the Vendor Marketplace (herein referred to as “the Event”) being held Friday, October 25th through Sunday, October 27th, 2024.
