This Agreement establishes the general conditions of the legally binding relationship between the Operator and the Client of the System intending to implement the signals in the non-deliverable (without handover of the basic asset) automatic mode, as well as to manage proprietary rights arising from such an implementation with the help of the software provided by TSS, hereinafter referred to as the “System”.
