The Clubhouse is part of the common area owned in part by each member of the Association. Therefore, it is essential that only those qualified to rent it do so. Consequently, in applying to rent the Clubhouse for a private function, User agrees, represents and warrants to the Association that they are assuming total responsibility for the safety and the actions of their guests on all the designated grounds and properties during the time requested for use of the Clubhouse.
