These terms and conditions are made a part of the Charter Agreement between, Flexjet Operations Limited trading as FXAIR, an English private limited company, registration number 06528991, with registered address at, 134 Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 4HY (“FXAIR”) and the “Charterer” as specified in the Charter Agreement (together the “Parties”).
