In view of the growing globalisation of the world’s financial markets and the increase in cross- border operations and activities of financial institutions, the Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation – Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (“PIDM”) and the Single Resolution Board (“SRB”) have reached this Cooperation Arrangement (“CA”) on the exchange of information and cooperation in connection with the Resolution planning and the implementation of resolution action with respect to Entities with cross-border operations. The PIDM and the SRB express, through this CA, their willingness to cooperate with each other in the interest of fulfilling their respective statutory objectives; enhancing communication and cooperation; assisting each other in the planning and the conduct of an orderly Resolution of an Entity; and maintaining confidence and financial stability in Malaysia and the European Union.

The BCRA and the SRB express, through this CA, their willingness to cooperate with each other in the interest of fulfilling their respective statutory objectives; enhancing communication and cooperation; assisting each other in the planning and the conduct of an orderly Resolution of an Entity; and maintaining confidence and financial stability in the Argentine Republic and the European Banking Union.

The CBCG and the SRB express, through this CA, their willingness to cooperate with each other in the interest of fulfilling their respective statutory and legal objectives; enhancing communication and cooperation; assisting each other in the planning and the conduct of an orderly Resolution of an Entity; and maintaining confidence and financial stability in Montenegro and the European Union.

The KDIC and the SRB express, through this CA, their willingness to cooperate with each other in the interest of fulfilling their respective statutory objectives; enhancing communication and cooperation; assisting each other in the planning and the conduct of an orderly resolution of an entity; and maintaining confidence and financial stability in the Republic of Korea and the European Union.
