From time locomotive reaches final passenger station until time of arrival at change-off point; also time occupied in picking up and/or setting off a car (or cars) from their train within minutes of time of arrival at point, this is not to involve a duplicate payment, and all time on duty in excess of minutes from time of arrival at point until releasedfrom duty.
