Amendment #: 1395.3 AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEENTHE CITY OF MENLO PARK AND LYNX TECHNOLOGIES THIS THIRD AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 7/21/2020 by and,between the CITY OF MENLO PARK, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” and LYNX TECHNOLOGIES, hereinafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY.” Whereas, the Master Services Agreement terminates on June 30, 2020; Whereas, the City has authorized FIRST PARTY to perform task orders for the following project:• GIS Professional Services FIRST PARTY has not yet completed that work; and Whereas, the parties desire to extend the contract to allow for the completion of such work upon the same terms and conditions of the Master Agreement. Now therefore, the parties agree as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section XXII. AGREEMENT TERM of Agreement No. 1395, to read as follows: “This agreement shall remain in effect for the period of July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020 unless extended, amended or terminated in writing by City.” E
