This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), made on the 1st day of July, 2016 is an operational agreement entered into by the Riverside County Workforce Development Board (WDB) and the Mandatory WIOA Partners and Additional Partners as identified by both signatory pages and Attachment A, included as Parties to this MOU to create a partnership to provide comprehensive, integrated workforce development services to businesses and jobseekers in the Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA) in accordance with WIOA and its implementing regulations.
