This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Realtime Music Solutions LLC a New York limited liability corporation (“RMS”), which may be contacted at info@rms.biz. This Agreement accords you a non-exclusive license to use RMS’s services and software which enable the subscriber to to use the RMS Coach® technology and other technology that may be developed hereafter for rehearsing and/or performing the subscriber’s created music and for hosting and sharing such content across multiple digital platforms and with subsidiary registered users, and which enables such subsidiary registered users to access the subscriber’s content (collectively, “Services/Software”) and you agree to, and are bound by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
