having read and understood the provisions of this agreement, hereby undertake to guarantee and fulfill all obligations of the Tenant (lessee) under this agreement and undertake to pay the Apartment Owner any amount that the debtor may owe to the creditor under this agreement and/or indemnify the Apartment Owner for any breach of the agreement and/or for any damages caused to the Apartment Owner due to the manner of execution of the agreement by the tenant, immediately upon initial demand.
