This Agreement is made and entered into as of this 11th day of February, 2016 by and between Mediation bei internationalen Kindschaftskonflikten (“MiKK”) and Dai-Ichi Tokyo Bar Association (“Ichiben”, Arbitration & Mediation Center is in charge) on the “Pilot Project regarding Co-Mediation conducted by Two Countries’ Mediation Institutions for a case concerning the ‘Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction’” commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (“MOFA”).
