This Network Participation Agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which the subject school (the “School”) is entitled to participate in the Educational Network (the “Network”) of Channel One, LLC (“Channel One”). The term of this Agreement shall be a period of three full school years, plus the partial school year in which installation occurs, (the “Initial Term”), subject to the extension (the “Renewal Term”) as hereinafter set forth. Channel One reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. By continuing to make use of the Network, the School agrees in advance to the current and future terms and conditions. This Agreement will be made available online at www.channelone.com.
