THIS NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“License”) is entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the City of Treasure Island, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation (the “City”), and Loggerhead Resort, LLC, a Florida limited liability company authorized to do business in the State of Florida with its principal address at 11650 Olio Rd., Ste. 1000-353, Fishers, IN 46037 (“Licensee”). (City and Licensee are collectively referred to as “Parties”).
