This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which PIE&G is providing Services to Member and the associated obligations of both Parties. By using the Services, Member understands, acknowledges, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement and all documents incorporated or referenced herein, as each may be amended from time to time, including without limitation PIE&G’s Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Internet Transparency Policy, and Copyright Infringement Policy.
