The WBDA has developed a system for the operation of a women’s professional basketball league (the “League”). The WBDA is the owner of the WBDA League and all associated trademarks. In consideration of the following terms and conditions, the Owner and Team desire to join the WBDA League and to participate in the WBDA League under the following considerations:
