This Subscription License Agreement, inclusive of the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, this "Agreement") is made between Neovest, Inc., for itself and its affiliates ("Licensor"), and the above-signed subscriber ("Subscriber") (collectively " parties").
