THIS AMENDMENT is entered into this day of , 2018 (the “Amendment”), by and between the CANAVERAL PORT AUTHORITY, an independent special taxing district and political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Port”, and the PORT CANAVERAL MARINE FIREFIGHTING TRAINING ACADEMY, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Academy”.
