These General Terms and Conditions, together with any Work Authorization, and applica- ble Hosting Terms and Conditions (located at https://itx.com/resources/hosting-terms- and-conditions/) and are incorporated by reference, constitute Client’s entire agreement for services with ITX Corp. (collectively, the “Agreement”). By engaging ITX Corp. (“ITX”) for services, Client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
