In 2019, the Pension Agreement was concluded between the Government, the trade unions and the employers’ organisations. Part of the Pension Agreement has already entered into force. The bill ‘Future Pensions Act’ (‘WTP’) and the lower laws and regulations based on it regulates the changes that relate to the employer’s pension. Recently the Senate approved of the new Future Pensions Act and it will enter into force on 1 July 2023.
