THIS 21CCLC PROGRAM AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into as of the 1st day of October, 2019 by and between WEST FARGO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 6, Cass County, North Dakota, a political subdivision of the State of North Dakota (the “District”) and the YMCA OF CASS AND CLAY COUNTIES, a North Dakota nonprofit corporation (the “YMCA”).
