These standard (a) Controller to Processor and (b) Controller to Controller contractual clauses (as applicable, the “SCCs”) are entered into between Lotame Solutions, Inc. (referred to as the “data importer” or “Lotame”) and the entity accepting them (referred to as “you” or the “data exporter”), and will become effective on the date accepted, including, if applicable, by executing a written form referencing them or by clicking an electronic acceptance box or button, by which action the acceptor confirms their authority to bind data exporter to these SCCs.
