Vehicle damaged is assessed case by case. Vehicle damage will be charged up to the value of £1,000 unless the collision damage waiver has been taken prior to the hire. (This excludes roof and high-level damage). The collision damage waiver reduces the excess to £500. In the event the vehicle is retuned with damage the full deposit will be held until the case has been settled. Photographic evidence will then be sent to our insurance certified repair centre for a quote to repair the vehicle. The full quote for damage will include loss of earnings and any additional cost which may have occurred.
