After the entry into force of the present Agreement, the Portuguese Government shall transmit it for registra- tion to the Secretariat of the United Nations, according to article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations, and shall notify the Laboratory of the conclusion of this proceeding, indicating the respective number of registration.
