After discussions last month with Ziggy Kruse and Richard MacNaughton, I am forwarding this letter agreement, which is ANGEL LAW’s proposed retainer agreement (Agreement) with SAVEHOLLYWOOD.ORG for ANGEL LAW’s professional services as SAVEHOLLYWOOD.ORG’s legal advisor in SAVEHOLLYWOOD.ORG etc. et al. v. The City of Los Angeles et al. (Super. Ct. L. A. County, No. BS138370), filed July 18, 2012 (Lawsuit). The Lawsuit challenges the final EIR under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), for the Hollywood Community Plan Update; and further seeks relief against the City of Los Angeles (City) under the Ralph M. Brown Act and the California Public Records Act.
