This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to incorporate the Triennial Review Order (“TRO”) and the Triennial Review Remand Order (“TRRO”) into the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and DSLnet Communications, LLC (“CLEC”), incorporated in the State of Delaware. CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
