This License to Use Agreement (hereinafter “the Agreement” is being entered into between Evolutionary Systems Company Limited (hereinafter refereed as “Evosys”) and ******* (Customer) as of this day of 2020 for provision of Licensed Application by Evosys to be used by Customer whereby the use of such Licensed Application shall exclusively be governed by this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything else contained in any other document or contract, this Agreement shall prevail over all other documents in case of any conflict between such document and this Agreement.
