FEDERAL WORK-STUDY (FWS) COMMUNITY SERVICE AGREEMENTCommunity Service Agreement • February 2nd, 2018
This agreement is entered into between Stevenson University, hereinafter known as the “INSTITUTION,” and __________________________________________________, hereinafter known as the “ORGANIZATION,” for purpose of providing work to FWS students (“student”) eligible for the Federal Work-study Program (FWS) under the terms, conditions, and provisions hereinafter stated. This agreement may be terminated at any time by mutual agreement or upon 15 days written notice by either party to the other. Upon termination of this agreement, any outstanding monies owed by either the INSTITUTION and/or the ORGANIZATION to the other for service(s) rendered must be paid in full in accordance with the terms in this agreement.
