This Planar® Evercare™ Lifetime Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is offered by Planar Systems, Inc. (“Planar”) concerning products listed in the Covered Products Table (referred to as a “Product” or plural, “Products”), subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty statement. This warranty lasts as long as the original end user owns the covered product, for a display installed in its original location, for the product model’s lifetime on the market plus five years of end of life (“EOL”).
