The undersigned (the “Subscriber”) hereby irrevocably subscribes for limited partnership units of the Partnership (the “Units”) as set forth below at a price per Unit as described in the offering memorandum of the Partnership dated as of June 1, 2024 relating to the offering of the Units (the “Offering Memorandum”). The Subscriber acknowledges that unless the Manager specifically designates otherwise, the Subscriber will be issued Class A Units. By submitting this subscription, the Subscriber acknowledges having received and read the Offering Memorandum and that the General Partner and the Manager are relying on the representations and warranties set out below.
