THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into as of February 13, 2020 by and between Irnrnunomedics, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal offices in Morris Plains, New Jersey (the "Company") and Loretta Itri, MD (the"Executive").
