PERMISSION AGREEMENT
Permission Agreement • May 1st, 2020

The League, or CUNA if the league delegates its solicitation rights to CUNA, may solicit this credit union’s members and executive or administrative personnel for contributions to its Federal Political Action Committee (FedPAC). Neither the league nor CUNA may, however, send general solicitation mailings directly to members. Instead, general solicitation materials must first be sent to the credit union board which shall decide whether or not to redistribute them. The credit union may only grant permission to solicit its members to one trade associa- tion per calendar year, and credit union approval is necessary before the league, CUNA and/ or FedPAC may conduct a solicitation. The credit union grants permission to the League and CUNA for each of the following years.
