SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS: Unless otherwise agreed in a separate agreement directly with Virtustream, the Virtustream Storage Cloud services offered to Customer under the applicable Quote are made available by DELL EMCpursuant to agreement(s) between DELL EMC and Virtustream. DELL EMC is only authorized to offer Virtustream Storage Cloud to Customer as a DELL EMC Select product, identified as "SEL" or "SELECT" (as described in Customer’s product ordering agreement with DELL EMC (the “Agreement”)). Virtustream Storage Cloud is subject to the applicable Virtustream Terms of Service posted at https://www.virtustream.com/pdfs/VSC_Terms_of_Service_Web_Version_02-11-2019.pdf. All of Customer’s rights including but not limited to its use, warranty, indemnity and support of Virtustream Storage Cloud shall be governed exclusively by the aforementioned terms and not the Agreement.
