Contract Type FiledOctober 17th, 2017THIS DEFEASANCE AGREEMENT, dated as of October 1, 2017 (the “Agreement”), is by and between Regions Bank, as trustee (the “Trustee”), and Amal Heights Associates, L.P., a Virginia limited partnership (the “Borrower”), and is entered into to effect the defeasance and redemption of the above-captioned Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia Multifamily Housing Revenue bonds (GNMA Collateralized – Amal Heights Townhomes Project), Series 2010, in the original aggregate principal amount of $9,350,000 (the “Bonds”) (of which $8,810,000 is currently outstanding on the date hereof), issued pursuant to the Indenture of Trust dated as of May 1, 2010 (the “Indenture”) by and between the Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (the “Issuer”) and the Trustee.
