(“HMF II”), on their own behalf and on behalf of each series listed on Schedule A hereto (each a “Fund”), dated February 29, 2016, with respect to HMF, and dated March 14, 2016, with respect to HMF II (the “Agreement”), and is effective as of November 12, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).

(“HMF”), and The Hartford Mutual Funds II, Inc. (“HMF II”), on their own behalf and on behalf of each series listed on Schedule A hereto (each a “Fund”), dated February 29, 2016, with respect to HMF, and dated March 14, 2016, with respect to HMF II (the “Agreement”), and is effective as of September 24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
