This Subscription Services Agreement is between gomo Learning Limited acting through its division known as Instilled (“Instilled”) and the Client, and describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which Instilled will provide the Services to the Client. By usage of the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
