THIS (SERVICES) AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (BellSouth), a Georgia corporation, and EO Telecom, LLC, (EO Telecom), a Georgia corporation, on behalf of itself and its certified operating affiliate, EO Telecom of Florida, LLC d/b/a EO Telecom and shall be effective on the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or EO Telecom or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
