This CONTRACT ADDENDUM is recognized as being established the day of , 2016, by and between HWC Engineering, Inc., of Lafayette, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as “HWC”) and the City of Lafayette, Indiana Redevelopment Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “CLIENT”) concerning the existing contract for Main Street Streetscape dated January 29, 2015, amended May 28, 2015, amended August 27, 2015, amended September 24, 2015, amended August 25, 2016, amended December 15, 2016 and which is hereby amended as follows:
